Description
The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide planned maintenance services for the Visitor Center HVAC system at Pea Ridge National Military Park. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the services outlined in the Statement of Work. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a small business.
• The contract is a firm-fixed price commercial contract/award.
• The contractor must provide a capabilities statement or project narrative that demonstrates how the company will successfully meet the needs of the statement of work.
• The contractor must provide prior experience references that can confirm the company has successfully completed similar tasks outlined in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor must be registered in SAM as a small business with the NAICS code 238220.
• The contract has a period of performance from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031.
