As-Needed Real Estate Services

The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) is seeking a qualified firm to provide real estate services, including property acquisition, disposition, and relocation, on an as-needed basis for the next five years. The selected firm will be required to provide all phases of land acquisition, disposition, and relocation, including land acquisition, negotiating with property owners, assistance with potential condemnation and relocation services, appraisal review services, and support necessary to interact with state and federal agencies. The firm should have expertise in federal and state land acquisition, disposition, and relocation processes.
