Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for the provision of Habilitation Consumables & Equipment for the Richmond State Supported Living Center. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with the option for renewal or extension. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award. The response must include a pricing sheet, and bidders must also submit a completed and signed HHS Solicitation Affirmations form.

• The bidder must have the capability to provide the goods and services described in the IFB.
• The bidder must have a demonstrated experience and ability to provide services and related goods.
• The bidder must have a demonstrated financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this IFB.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of conduct.
