Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources that can provide delivery of bulk liquid oxygen with special delivery requirements for the Beckley VAMC. The contractor must be able to deliver the oxygen using a dual wheel, single axle delivery truck, not to exceed 5500 GVW, due to crossing over underground gas lines. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the oxygen within two workdays of receipt of order, and for picking up government-owned cylinders within two days of receipt of order. The contractor will also be responsible for providing delivery tickets and for solving billing discrepancies.
