ReBid Western Branch Water Resource Recovery Facility Potable Water System Upgrade

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is soliciting sealed bids for the Western Branch Water Resource Recovery Facility Potable Water System Upgrade. The project includes the construction of a new well house, water line, and connections to the treatment plant buildings, as well as the installation of a new electrical duct bank. The contractor will also be responsible for sitework, including erosion and sediment controls, site grading, and pavement restoration. The key requirements for this project include: * Experience in constructing electrical, mechanical, structural, I&C replacements/modifications in a functioning water and/or wastewater plant * Capability to properly perform the work described in the Contract Documents * Necessary expertise, manpower, equipment, and sufficient financial resources to execute the work within the specified time * Compliance with the Commission's Procurement Regulations and the Contract Documents * Provision of a bid bond, performance bonds, and other required documents * Adherence to safety requirements and regulations * Completion of all work within the specified timeframe and budget.
