J066--Preventive Maintenance and Service by certified technicians for existing Illumina NextSeq 2000

The Boise VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase a service agreement for their Illumina NextSeq 2000 Sequencing System. The service agreement should be brand name or equal to NextSeq 2000 Silver Support. The period of performance will be a base plus four option years. Vendors must submit an OEM authorization letter verifying authorization to provide certified OEM parts and service along with proof that technicians are factory certified to work on the NextSeq 2000 at the time of offer. • The contract will be firm fixed price. • The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with Offerors. • The Offeror’s initial offer should contain the Offeror’s best terms. • The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions, if necessary. • The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest, accept other than the lowest offer, and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
