Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), is soliciting a sole source procurement to Engineered Cooling Services LLC for the removal and replacement of the hyperbaric chamber test bath heating and cooling system at the Experimental Diving Facility. The contract effort includes the provision of a new air-cooled chiller, inline heating systems, and associated controls. The system must be designed to meet specific temperature requirements and be compatible with existing systems. The contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of the existing system, as well as the installation and testing of the new system. The contractor must also provide training to NEDU personnel on the operation and maintenance of the new system.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Removal and disposal of the existing heating and cooling system
• Installation of a new air-cooled chiller and inline heating systems
• Provision of associated controls, including BACnet DDC controls and a graphical web server
• Testing and commissioning of the new system
• Training of NEDU personnel on the operation and maintenance of the new system
