Description
The Fayetteville VA Medical Center is seeking potential sources capable of providing standard and custom surgical packs to support various surgical procedures. The packs must comply with applicable FDA regulations and industry standards, and have a defect rate of less than 1%. Custom surgical packs must be designed in consultation with the surgical team to ensure they meet exact surgical requirements. Vendors must offer a wide range of customization options to accommodate specific surgical needs.
• The required packs include Ortho Pack, Surgery Pack, Surgical Instrument Tray, Nail Avulsion Tray, Basic Cystoscopy Standard Tray, Gynecology Laparoscopy Standard Tray, Knee Arthroscopy IV Surgical Standard Tray, and Standard Major Laparotomy Tray.
