Upfitting Services for VPD Explosive Disposal Unit

The City of Vancouver is seeking a proponent to supply and deliver upfitting services for one Explosives Disposal Unit (EDU) van for the Vancouver Police Department. The upfitting services will be performed on a 2025 Ford Transit 350 HR Cargo AWD 148" WB. The proponent will be required to identify a Sales Account Manager and a Service Account Manager to work with the City's Project Manager and designated business leads. The proponent will also be required to submit a proposed timeline for the project, including deliverables and milestones. • The City has provided technical specifications for the upfitting services, including a list of tabs in an Excel spreadsheet. • The proponent will be required to upload resumes of key personnel in the Questionnaire section of the Supplier Portal. • The proponent will be required to submit a proposed timeline for the project, including deliverables and milestones. • The City has provided a table for the proponent to complete, listing deliverables and milestones, and corresponding dates from project start to project completion.
