Description
The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) is seeking qualified and licensed vendors to provide towing services for residential building parking lots, designated private parking pads, non-residential building parking lots, vacant lots, and on-demand locations. The selected respondent will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform towing services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Towing services for various types of vehicles
• Providing parking decals or stickers for awarded areas
• Maintaining a storage garage or facility that complies with all provisions of applicable building, zoning, and environmental regulations
• Ensuring that all equipment used meets the requirements of the contract
• Complying with all federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, and regulations
• Providing a reliable and effective communication method between the base station and all tow and service trucks
