The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking an authorized distributor of Redgate software licenses and maintenance. The contractor will provide Redgate software licenses and maintenance for three years. The scope of work includes providing backup, monitoring, and change management for existing software for TRS databases. The contractor must be an authorized reseller of Redgate software for at least three years and have been in business for at least five years. • The contractor will provide Redgate software licenses and maintenance for three years. • The contractor must provide valid and functioning license keys and access to the software within seven business days of the contract effective date. • The contractor will communicate with TRS' Contract Manager via email and telephone. • The contractor will provide invoices through PAVES, which will be reviewed for compliance with the contract.
