Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and support services for its Transportation Management System (TMS). The TMS is a complex system that includes multiple applications and components, and the contractor will be responsible for providing problem diagnosis, software problem resolution, maintenance, and other technical support services. The contract will be for a period of three years, and the contractor must be able to begin work within 30 days of receiving notification to proceed. The contractor will be required to provide support personnel and must adhere to MoDOT and State of Missouri policies.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing maintenance and support services for the TMS, including problem diagnosis and software problem resolution
• Ensuring compatibility with applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Federal Section 508 Accessibility regulations
• Providing on-site services when necessary, with no additional charge
• Adhering to MoDOT and State of Missouri policies regarding acceptable use, facility and data security, press releases, and public relations
• Ensuring that any application development solutions are compatible with the TMS and meet the requirements of the contract
