Maternal Mortality Review Committee Administrative Support RFX-3160007665

The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is seeking a contractor to provide administrative support to the Maternal Mortality Review Committee (MMRC). The contractor will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and providing technical and administrative support. The contractor will also be responsible for managing stipends and travel reimbursements, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws. The goal of this project is to enhance the operational capacity, professionalism, and overall effectiveness of the MMRC through consistent, high-quality administrative support. Some key responsibilities include: • Meeting facilitation and coordination • Agenda development • Accurate and confidential notetaking • Anonymous voting system implementation • New member application processing • Data management and analysis support • Compliance and confidentiality assurance • Technical and administrative support • Reporting and communication The contractor will work closely with the MMRC and MSDH staff to ensure the successful execution of these responsibilities.
