Description
The Medford School District is seeking a Professional of Record (an Architect/Engineer team) to provide design services for Security Vestibules at multiple schools over the next three years. The selected firm will be expected to start immediately after award of contract. The scope of work includes pre-design services, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, and final inspections and project close-out. The firm will also be responsible for coordinating other support services, including site design, civil engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Providing design services for Security Vestibules at multiple schools
• Coordinating with district staff and committees
• Ensuring compliance with Oregon Tax Laws and other regulations
• Maintaining insurance coverage as required by the contract
• Providing a detailed proposal, including company information, project approach, and references.
