The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service seeks a small‑business vendor to provide a long‑term rental of a towable 300 kW diesel generator (3‑phase, 480/277 V) for the Coleman National Fish Hatchery in Anderson, CA. The rental includes four 100‑ft power cables, four compatible pigtails, delivery to the site, pickup at contract end, familiarization training, 1‑hour phone/remote technical support, 4.5‑hour onsite support, and an 8‑hour replacement generator if repairs cannot be made. The Government supplies dyed diesel fuel; all other costs must be covered in a single firm‑fixed‑price quote.
