Description
The East Ramapo Central School District is seeking a qualified consultant to provide instructional coaching, compliance monitoring, data collection, and professional‑development services for its Universal Pre‑Kindergarten (UPK) sites. The consultant will conduct site visits, evaluate instructional practices, develop improvement plans, deliver PD sessions, ensure licensing compliance, and produce regular reports. Compensation is on a per‑day rate (7‑hour day) with no set ceiling, and the contract runs for three years (July 2026 – June 30 2029).
• Perform data‑collection visits, observations, and feedback at each UPK site.
• Design and deliver ongoing professional‑development and coaching for teachers and administrators.
• Verify licensing, produce written summaries, maintain logs, and support district leadership with actionable recommendations.
