Replace Chillers 1, 2 & 3

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is seeking a contractor to replace Chillers 1, 2, and 3 at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) in Miami, Florida. The project involves providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The contractor will be responsible for performing the work in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Drawings. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The project is a total small business set-aside, and the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
