Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract for automatic door systems maintenance and repair services. The vendor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, diagnostic equipment, safety testing devices, and OEM components necessary to maintain the automatic door systems in accordance with manufacturer standards. Required services include inspections, adjustments, repairs, safety tests, OEM parts replacement, and compliance with ANSI/BHMA A156.10 and AAADM standards.
• The contract will be for one base year under NAICS 811310.
• The vendor must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate their capability to provide the required services.
• Responding parties must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
• The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract.
