Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking bids for chiller maintenance services at the Riverside California Tower (Building #330). The contract term is expected to be 36 months. The successful bidder will be required to provide chiller preventative maintenance, repairs, and technical services. The bid submission must include all required attachments, and the bidder must meet the minimum requirements, including licenses, insurance, and references.
• The contract is subject to prevailing wage laws.
• The bidder must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) if required by law.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and meet the insurance requirements.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the California Public Records Act.
• The bidder must provide a certified payroll record showing the names, addresses, social security numbers, work classifications, straight time and overtime hours worked each day and week, and the actual per diem wages paid to each journeyman, apprentice, worker, or other employee employed by the Contractor and/or subcontractor in connection with the Work.
