The vendor must supply mats meeting specific material specifications, include all freight and handling in unit prices, and submit required disclosures and MSDS documentation.
• Provide 10 large and 1 small black floor mats meeting rubber‑backed, slip‑resistant specifications.
• Deliver, clean, and replace mats every other week for a total of 13 rotation cycles (26 weeks).
• All pricing must be all‑inclusive (pickup, transport, cleaning, placement) with a maximum PO value of $1,500.
