The City of Norman is seeking a qualified firm to provide program management and advisory services for its ONE Transit initiative. This effort will support the planning, coordination, and execution of transit‑related activities, ensuring that project milestones are met on schedule and within budget. The contractor will act as a strategic partner, offering expertise in project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Provide overall program management for the ONE Transit project, including schedule and budget oversight.
• Deliver advisory services such as feasibility analysis, policy recommendations, and best‑practice guidance for transit operations.
• Facilitate communication among city departments, external partners, and the public to align project objectives.
• Manage risk, track performance metrics, and produce regular status reports for city leadership.
• Support procurement processes, contract administration, and compliance with applicable regulations.
