Description
The Clayton County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Café Concessions for the Lake Spivey Recreation Center. The successful proposer will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage options in a welcoming and accessible environment. The café area is approximately 240 square feet, and the sitting area is approximately 500 square feet. The contract will commence within ten calendar days after receipt of written Notice to Proceed and will continue for one year, with the option to renew for four successive one-year terms.
• The proposer must have experience in providing café concessions and must submit a detailed proposal, including a cost proposal and all required forms and documents.
• The proposer must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including those related to business licensing, taxes, and labor.
• The proposer must provide proof of registration with the E-Verify program and comply with the requirements of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act.
• The proposer must submit a certificate of insurance and comply with the bonding and insurance requirements set forth in the RFP.
