The City of Worcester is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive turf‑grass and grounds maintenance for the municipal Green Hill Golf Course, including all associated facilities, for a three‑year base period with up‑to‑three one‑year extensions. The contract covers routine mowing, irrigation system management, bunker care, tree and shrub maintenance, clubhouse landscaping, snow removal, equipment upkeep, and a youth‑stewards program. The contractor must staff a certified Class A superintendent, assistant superintendent, mechanic, and seasonal crew, and must possess a full inventory of specialized golf‑course equipment. The award will be based on the most advantageous proposal considering technical merit and the combined three‑year price.
• Scope: Full‑service turf and grounds maintenance (mowing, irrigation, tree/shrub care, bunker maintenance, snow removal, clubhouse landscaping).
