Description
The Metropolitan Council is soliciting bids to modify and re‑configure existing office spaces at three Metro Transit facilities in the Twin Cities. The work includes removal and replacement of furniture, creation of new office layouts, renovation of currently unused offices, and installation of hot‑desk stations and conference rooms. Contractors must provide complete interior construction/fit‑out and related documentation.
• Update floor plans and execute interior renovations at the Minneapolis O&M Blue Line Facility, the Minneapolis Rail Support Facility, and the St. Paul OMF Green Line Facility (Lowertown).
• Remove existing furniture, install new office furniture, and construct conference rooms and hot‑desk stations per revised specifications.
• Deliver all work in accordance with Metropolitan Council standards, submit bids electronically via QuestCDN, and attend optional pre‑bid meeting/site visits on 3 Mar 2026.
