Description
The Ingham Intermediate School District is seeking bids for a door replacement project at multiple campus buildings. The project includes the removal and disposal of existing doors and components, field verification of measurements, furnishing and installation of new storefront aluminum doors, and installation of exit devices, closers, and hardware. The project must be completed on or before August 15, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price.
• The project locations include the TEC building, Heartwood School, and Wilson Talent Center.
• The scope of work includes removal and disposal of existing doors, field verification of measurements, furnishing and installation of new doors, and installation of exit devices and hardware.
• The project is subject to the Michigan Prevailing Wage Act, and all contractors and subcontractors must pay wages and fringe benefits to workers at rates no less than those established by the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations, and must indemnify Ingham ISD for any liabilities, claims, or damages arising from the contract.
