The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is seeking a vendor to modernize its Child Support System (SETS) through a cloud‑native architecture. The effort includes replacing legacy mainframe batch jobs with modern services, redesigning intake and case initiation processes, updating data exchange mechanisms, overhauling case and financial management modules, enhancing data analytics capabilities, and updating supporting peripheral solutions. The modernization is an enhancement of an existing system rather than a brand‑new build.
• Modernize mainframe‑based COBOL/JCL batch jobs (Intake, Data Exchange, etc.) to cloud services.
