Description
Summit County is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive fire‑system inspection, testing, and repair services for all county facilities. The work includes annual and bi‑annual inspections of wet and dry sprinkler systems, antifreeze loops, back‑flow devices, fire extinguishers, and a variety of specialty suppression systems (Inergen, FM‑200, Ansul Hood, Pyrochem, nitrogen dry‑pipe). The contractor must hold appropriate NFPA and local licenses, provide 24‑hour on‑call emergency response within 4 hours, pass background checks, and submit detailed reports and AHJ submittals within specified timeframes. Monthly invoicing and strict insurance/indemnification requirements apply.
