Description
The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is soliciting bids from authorized Master Contractors to provide SolarWinds Service Desk licenses for a one‑year term (09/30/2026 – 08/30/2027). This is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement limited to Certified Small Business (CSB) vendors who hold an existing COTS Master Contract (060B2490021). Bidders must submit an electronic proposal via eMMA, include a Letter of Authorization, MSRP screenshot, and comply with data‑use and security requirements. The contract will cover the purchase of new, unused SaaS licenses, warranty/maintenance, and any associated support services.
