Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking quotes for new IT equipment for the Portland Area. The solicitation is a Buy Indian Set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334111 with an associated small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The contractor shall deliver, package, and ship the products in the quantities and in accordance with the specifications set forth in the “SCHEDULE OF ITEMS”. The delivery is 60 days ARO.
• The contractor must comply with the Buy Indian Act and be an Indian Economic Enterprise.
• The contractor must submit quotes electronically to the specified email address.
• The contractor must include a completed Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form in response to the solicitation.
• The contractor must comply with the provisions of the contract, including the Indian employment preference requirements.
