Small Roofing Projects As Needed

The Marana Unified School District is seeking bids for small roofing projects as needed. The contract will be for an initial term of approximately 3 months, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional one-year terms. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials and labor to complete the roofing projects, including removal of existing roofing materials, installation of new materials, and ensuring that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner. The district anticipates annual expenditures of approximately $500,000, with individual project costs ranging from $10,000 to $500,000. • The scope of work includes site inspection and assessment of the current roof condition, identification of safety hazards, coordination with school administration, roof removal and replacement, and provision of temporary restroom facilities and electric power generators. • The contractor must possess a valid AZ state contractor's license for roofing, proof of insurance, and certification in OSHA safety standards. • The district reserves the right to terminate the contract if the contractor fails to maintain the required insurance coverage or fails to perform the work in accordance with the contract terms. • The contractor must provide regular progress reports and final inspection and sign-off upon completion of the work.
