NOI to Sole Source Pristima Software License and Maintenance

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Instem, LLC for the Pristima XD software license and maintenance. The software is currently in use at the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) and is necessary for ongoing research. The contractor will provide help desk support, software updates, and maintenance services. • The contractor must provide sustainment, version upgrades, and maintenance of all previously purchased Pristima XD modules. • The contractor must provide help desk support and software updates, including vulnerability patches. • The contractor must ensure the continued operation of the Pristima XD software platform and support the integrity and continuity of the ongoing USAMRIID research mission.
