The State of Nevada is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive food‑service operations for a network of adult mental‑health, child‑services, and forensic facilities. The contract covers three daily meals plus three daily snacks per resident, raw‑food snack inventory, and any required floor‑stock requisitions. All meals, including therapeutic diet variations, are billed at a single flat rate; snacks are billed at a separate rate with raw‑food items cost‑plus‑markup (5% max). The vendor assumes responsibility for repairing or replacing kitchen equipment unless identified as State‑owned, must maintain ServSafe certifications for staff, and must submit a consolidated monthly invoice per agency.
