Description
The VA’s New Jersey Health Care System is seeking continued licensing, maintenance, updates, and technical support for the MIM Encore™ imaging software used in Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Radiology at the East Orange VA Medical Center. Although the contract will be awarded to GE Precision Healthcare LLC on a sole‑source basis, the VA invites expressions of interest (EOI) from vendors who can demonstrate they meet the full scope of work. The effort includes perpetual software licensing, annual subscription add‑ons, and associated support services for a one‑year period.
• Provide ongoing software licensing for MIM Encore™ (perpetual and subscription components).
• Deliver maintenance, repairs, updates/upgrades, and technical support for all listed modules (e.g., MIM 7.4 Platform, Contour ProtégéAI, SurePlan Liver Y90).
• Ensure compliance with VA clinical imaging workflow requirements in Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Radiology.
• Submit a technical capability statement, past performance evidence, and proof of required licenses/certifications by the September 7 2026 deadline.
