The San Bernardino County Purchasing Department is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide temporary staffing services for the Registrar of Voters. The contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years, beginning on September 22, 2026, and ending on September 21, 2031. The services required include providing temporary staff for various positions, such as ballot support, biliterate material proofers, drivers, and election observer officials. The county is looking for a provider that can offer a flexible and reliable temporary staffing solution to support the Registrar of Voters' operations.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the county, considering factors such as price, quality of service, and the provider's experience and qualifications.
• The provider must be able to supply temporary staff with varying skill sets and availability to meet the county's changing needs.
• The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it is in the best interest of the county to do so.
• A local preference of 5% will be applied in the cost evaluation of proposals for local vendors.
