Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Services

The City of Loveland is seeking a contractor to provide plumbing, pipe fitting, and maintenance of mechanical systems. The contractor will be responsible for providing these services to the City's buildings and facilities. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The contractor must have at least ten years of experience in commercial facilities and must be licensed with the State of Colorado and the City of Loveland. Some key responsibilities include: • Providing plumbing and pipefitting services, including maintenance, repair, demolition, and installation • Coordinating with other subs for a complete project • Providing schedules showing duration, trade, equipment flow, and completion dates • Maintaining, repairing, and installing various types of pipes, pumps, boilers, valves, and fittings • Troubleshooting and responding to emergency calls within one hour
