Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance on chiller and related air conditioning equipment at various locations in Arizona. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual and quarterly inspections, cleaning and servicing equipment, and providing reports to the Maintenance Man/Contract Officers Technical Representative. The contractor must possess a commercial Arizona contractor's license for the category involved. The contract will be for a base year with four option years.
