Description
The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preventive maintenance (PM) and minor repair services for HVAC equipment at its Greene County office and other DHR facilities statewide. The work is performed on a quarterly basis and includes filter replacement, coil cleaning, inspection of boilers, chillers, split‑systems, exhaust fans, and water‑treatment testing where applicable. Contractors must hold Alabama HVAC, refrigeration, and gas‑fitter licenses, have EPA Section 608 certification for all technicians, and be able to submit detailed inspection forms, photographs, and repair quotes as required. The solicitation is a Quick Quote (RFQ) with a total contract ceiling of $25,000 and a maximum term of five years, though the FY26 effort is expected to span one fiscal year.
