Description
The Navajo Nation Broadband Office is seeking a qualified service provider to deliver bundled Internet connectivity, CIPA‑compliant filtering, and associated equipment for three library/chapter house sites in Utah. The contract will be funded through the U.S. Universal Service Fund (E‑Rate) and will span a three‑year base term with optional one‑year extensions. Providers must submit detailed pricing for a range of bandwidth options, install and maintain fiber‑to‑demarc infrastructure, supply SmartRG and APC backup devices, and comply with E‑Rate audit requirements.
• Minimum 100 Mbps symmetric service, with pricing for up to 10 Gbps circuits.
• Installation of curb‑to‑demarc fiber, dedicated static IPs, and CIPA DNS‑filtering equipment at each site.
• Ongoing maintenance, service‑level guarantees (99.9 % uptime), and optional bandwidth‑upgrade pricing.
• All proposals due 27 Mar 2026 3 PM MST; questions due 13 Mar 2026.
