Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal professional registered nurse services at the Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC) in Polacca, Arizona. The contractor will be responsible for providing inpatient unit registered nurse services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract is for a base year with four one-year options for renewal. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security, privacy, and background checks.
• The contractor must provide qualified registered nurses to work at the HHCC.
• The contractor must ensure that all nurses are properly licensed and certified.
• The contractor must comply with all IHS policies and procedures.
• The contractor must provide a quality control program to ensure that all services are provided in accordance with the SOW.
• The contractor must cooperate with IHS personnel and other contractors to ensure the success of the project.
