The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a small‑business‑set‑aside vendor to provide a site‑hosted, evidence‑based clinical utilization review software and accompanying license for Gallup Indian Medical Center. The software must support evaluation of observation services, inpatient admissions, continued stays, discharge planning, ambulatory surgical services, transitions of care to rehab, sub‑acute, skilled nursing, substance‑use disorder pathways, durable medical equipment needs, and retrospective risk‑management/quality assessments.
