RFP - Daily Biohazard Cleanup in Downtown, Central and Old Town Kern Neighborhoods of Bakersfield, California

The City of Bakersfield is seeking a qualified contractor to provide daily biohazard (human waste) cleanup services in three neighborhoods of Bakersfield. The contractor must staff a minimum two‑person crew, hold a current CDPH hazardous‑waste license, and operate a dedicated hotline for public requests. Work is performed five days a week, 6.5 hours per day, for a 12‑month term beginning July 1 2026, with two optional one‑year extensions.
