The Shelby County Board of Education (Memphis‑Shelby County Schools) seeks a comprehensive custodial cleaning contractor to service all school‑district facilities across four geographic zones. The vendor must provide full‑service janitorial cleaning, all necessary supplies and equipment, 24‑hour staffing year‑round, appropriate training and background checks, and meet detailed performance metrics. The contract is a one‑year term beginning Jan 1 2027 with up to three one‑year renewal options, and includes strict compliance with safety, environmental, and local‑preference policies.
• Scope covers elementary, middle, high schools, CTCs, administrative offices, stadiums, and special‑event cleaning.
• Vendor must supply all labor, equipment, consumables, and supervision; maintain 7.5‑hour FTE staffing levels; and submit regular KPI reports.
