The City of Cleveland is seeking a contractor to provide on‑site power‑washing, degreasing, and complete waste‑water recovery for its refuse‑truck fleet (front‑loader, side‑loader, rear‑loader). The contractor must operate without subcontractors, supply a two‑person crew, use spot‑free reverse‑osmosis water, and meet strict timing, notification, and environmental requirements. The service will be performed at three city facilities during after‑hours weekdays and limited weekend hours, with penalties for late arrivals and mandatory waste‑water disposal.
