Lottery 10th and 13th Floor Conference Room Equipment

The West Virginia Lottery Commission is seeking bids for the one-time purchase and installation of conference room equipment on the 10th and 13th floors of the Lottery Headquarters. The required equipment includes a projector, TV/monitor, and various audio-visual components. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing and installing the equipment, as well as reprogramming the system to accommodate the new equipment. • The equipment must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed in the specifications. • The bidder must provide all necessary hardware, cables, connectors, and supplies for the installation. • The bidder must remove and set aside the existing projector and mount for Lottery Asset Management. • The bidder must provide new ceiling mounts for the new projector. • The bidder must reprogram the system to accommodate the new equipment. • The bidder must verify that every part of the AV system is installed correctly, configured properly, and works together exactly as intended before the room is handed over for regular use.
