Fountain and Splash Pad Maintenance - Annual Contract

The Town of Addison is seeking a qualified contractor to provide turnkey cleaning and maintenance services for the Town's display fountains and splash pad. The selected contractor will be expected to deliver consistent, professional service that enhances the appearance, performance, and longevity of the fountains. The scope of services includes supply and application of chemicals, cleaning of fountains and vaults, maintenance of plaster, tile, and rock surfaces, daily monitoring of the splash pad, and emergency maintenance. • The contract term is 12 months with the option to renew for up to 5 additional years. • The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience with similar fountains and splash pads. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supplies. • The contractor must maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 general liability and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
