PSP Transportation Division Lawn Care Services

The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking a contractor to provide lawn care services for the Transportation Division located at 1850 Arsenal Boulevard, Harrisburg, PA. The services include mowing, trimming, pruning, weed control, and additional services such as parking pad area maintenance and fall cleanup. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and remove all clippings, trimmings, and lawn debris from the premises. The contract will be for a period of five years. • The contractor must sign in upon arrival and after completion of work. • The contractor must provide a signed site visit form before bidding. • The contractor must take into consideration all conditions prevailing that would affect the bid price before bidding. • The Commonwealth will pay for only those services rendered and has no obligation to have the contractor perform any work or any minimum amount under this contract.
