The State of Maine is seeking a single, fully‑equipped emergency shelter support trailer capable of housing 25 occupants. The trailer must meet detailed exterior and interior specifications, include a full set of shelter supplies, and be delivered FOB‑destination to the Department of Veterans & Emergency Management in Augusta. The procurement will be awarded to the lowest‑priced qualified bidder, and the State reserves the right to purchase additional units at the same price within six months of award.
• 7′ × 16′ white trailer with tandem axle, spare tire, side and rear doors, stabilizer jack, and LED lighting.
• Interior features: E‑track strapping, D‑ring tie‑downs, deep shelves, rubber‑tread flooring, ventilation system, and 12‑volt dome lights.
• Supplies included: 25‑person shelter kits, military‑style cots, special‑needs cots, wool blankets, food and beverage cambros.
• Delivery must be FOB‑destination; price must be tax‑exclusive and remain firm for 180 days.
• Vendor must provide warranty, compliance documentation, and may be required to furnish equivalency data for any substituted items.
