Description
The State of California’s Secretary of State is soliciting qualified firms to provide comprehensive test‑support services for the Tenex Precinct Central Touchpad Version 6.1.8 electronic poll‑book system. The contractor will perform functional, software source‑code, security, usability/accessibility/privacy, and volume testing, delivering detailed draft and final reports for each testing category, and may provide optional additional testing on a time‑and‑materials basis. The work spans a two‑year period (Oct 2026‑Sep 2028) and requires a staff that meets stringent qualifications, including CISSP certification, PCI‑DSS knowledge, and at least three years of election‑systems testing experience.
