QATOW30R Towing SHA vehicles and equipment in QAC

The State Highway Administration is seeking a contractor to provide towing services for its vehicles and equipment in Queen Anne's County. The contractor will be required to provide light-duty, medium-duty, heavy-duty, and equipment hourly rates, as well as a rotator flat fee. The contract will be for a period of 3 years. The contractor must be able to provide all goods and services and meet all of the requirements requested in the solicitation. • The contractor must have 3 years of experience providing towing services. • The contractor must have the necessary insurance coverage, including commercial general liability and worker's compensation. • The contractor must be able to provide a minimum of 2 of the 5 services in-house. • The contractor must be able to bill for travel time, but not for travel time from their home to their yard. • The contractor must be able to provide a price form with all the required information. • The contractor must be able to provide a conflict of interest affidavit and disclosure. • The contractor must be able to provide a mercury affidavit. • The contractor must be able to provide reference checks.
