Purchase and deliver PVC Film and other Sign Materials

Coastal Carolina University is seeking a qualified supplier to provide and deliver PVC film and related sign‑making materials on an as‑needed basis. The solicitation is an RFQ that will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the delivered price for a single representative roll of Orajet PVC film (54 in. × 50 yd). The awarded vendor will then apply a disclosed catalog‑discount percentage to all future purchases of PVC film and associated sign supplies for the duration of a three‑year contract (with two optional one‑year renewals).
